Bought a Townhouse home in Dana Point, CA.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for Brittany Eastwood. She deserves so much more than 5 Stars!! From the first day until the day she handed us the keys to our new home, she was there working hard and helping us through the process. Brittany takes the usually arduous task of buying a home and makes it an enjoyable process. She graciously accepts all of the emotional ups and downs and always finds that even keel.
Brittany is knowledgeable of her local market as well as other markets including out of state. She is an expert in her field and clearly studies her industry and understands in real time what is happening with interest rates, inventory, demand, days on market, etc..
Truly a blessing to know Brittany and we are forever grateful.

Bought a Single Family home in San Clemente, CA.
We were fortunate enough to meet Brittany at an open house when we were just beginning our house hunt and I am so glad that we did! We were moving from out of the area and Brittany was amazing at guiding us to great neighborhoods and sending us new listings. When we did find the right place, Brittany was a superstar in making everything go smoothly for us (even when the selling agent and lenders through up hurdles). Truly, without Brittany's dedication and persistence we would not be in our dream house today!

Bought a Single Family home in Aliso Viejo, CA.
I was really nervous about finding the right realtor to help my fiancee and I buy a house in South Orange County. I had grown up in Mission Viejo in the 70's and early 80's, but boy everything had really changed. A friend of mine had used Brittany Eastwood and suggested I give her a shot. I am so glad I did!! Brittany listened to everything I was looking for in a home. At times I thought I was going to drive her crazy with all my requests.
